About The Cycle Sync Studio
For women who carry their strength, even on the days when it feels nearly impossible.
I 'm Sam, founder of The Cycle Sync Studio.
And this brand isn't just an idea… it's a piece of my life.
I have endometriosis and adenomyosis.
This was only spoken a year and a half ago, but it has quietly dominated my days for years. Days when my body worked completely differently than I wanted. Days when pain, exhaustion, and uncertainty preceded everything I actually wanted to do.
And on top of that, I was struggling with my hormones. Fluctuations that affect my energy, emotions, sleep, mental clarity, and daily routine. It makes everything even more unpredictable and difficult.
What makes it all the more difficult is the feeling that so few people really understand what you are going through.
That moment when you finally share how you feel…
and you immediately feel that you are defending yourself.
Because you still 'look good' or 'don't look sick'.
Because your pain is not visible.
Because the world still lags behind in knowledge, recognition and empathy for these chronic diseases.
I want to break that loneliness.
Not just for myself, but for all women who battle invisible hormonal diseases every day.
Why I started The Cycle Sync Studio
I wanted to build a place where women don't have to hold themselves back.
Not having to mask or explain that their pain is real.
A place where we can wear what we feel every day:
our strength, our vulnerability, our humor, our phases: everything.
With designs that say:
"I am here. I exist. This is my story."
And all of this with a gentle touch of humor, because we know that every phase has its own chaos.
And because personal stories not only inspire change but also give women mental support by knowing they are not alone, I want this brand to be much more than just clothes.
That is why I, with The Cycle Sync Studio, support organisations that are committed to endometriosis, adenomyosis and other chronic hormonal conditions and we are consciously building a place where stories can be shared.
So that not only our voices become louder, but also research, care and awareness finally receive the attention they deserve.
On our Community page you'll find a growing list of:
-
reliable organizations
-
associations and social platforms
-
peer support groups
Because visibility starts with connection. No one should do this alone.
If you want to share your story, to give others strength or recognition, you can.
You can email us at story@thecyclesyncstudio.com .
We share stories on our social media and website so that every woman looking for recognition can actually find it.
“We are so much stronger than the world thinks.
It's time to make that visible.”
